Activities during your stay
Each year, Montreal hosts more than 2 million visitors to the Festival International de jazz de Montréal. The festival hosts some 30 countries, and features over 3000 musicians and public entertainers, and 1000 concerts and activities.
In addition to the Jazz festival, there is also the 33nd edition of Montreal’s International Fireworks Competition from July 2nd to 30th. On this occasion, representatives of countries from across the glove are invited to participate in this world-renown competition. This is a wonderful opportunity to discover the magic of colours in the sky of Montreal!
To help you explore the city with ease, why not use the bus and metro? Indeed, the city’s public transportation system consists of five commuter train lines, four metro lines with 68 stations and 1,746 buses covering 220 routes, including 209 buses with wheelchair access.
